How to Place an Order

New to our store? No problem! Follow this simple step-by-step guide to purchase your favorite items in minutes.


Step 1: Find Your Item

Browse our catalog using the categories in the top menu, or use the Search Bar if you know exactly what you are looking for.

  • Click on the product image to view more details, including specifications, sizing, and customer reviews.

Step 2: Add to Cart

Once you have decided on a product, select the desired Color, Size, and Quantity.

  • Click the “Add to Cart” button.

  • A pop-up will appear confirming the item has been added. You can choose to Continue Shopping or View Cart.

Step 3: Review Your Cart

When you are ready to buy, click the Cart Icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Review your items to ensure the details are correct.

  • If you have a Promo Code, enter it in the designated box and click “Apply” to see your discount.

  • Click “Proceed to Checkout”.

Note: Items in your cart are not reserved until you complete the purchase.

Step 4: Account Details

You will be asked to log in or continue as a guest.

  • Existing Customers: Log in with your email and password to load your saved addresses.

  • New Customers: You can checkout as a guest or create an account to track your order easily.

Step 5: Shipping Information

Enter your delivery address details.

  • Please double-check your Street Address and Zip/Postal Code to avoid delivery delays.

  • Select your preferred Shipping Method (e.g., Standard, Express, or Next-Day Delivery).

Step 6: Payment

Select your preferred payment method. We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

  • PayPal

  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Enter your payment details securely. Your information is encrypted and safe with us. Click “Place Order” to finalize the transaction.

Step 7: Confirmation

Success! You will see an Order Confirmation screen with your unique Order Number.

  • We will also send a confirmation email to the address you provided.

  • Once your item ships, you will receive a second email with a tracking number.
